My Design Inspiration comes from many places... 

​

• The history of print fabrics, weaving,  period clothing, and commercial textiles is fascinating.

• The weaving patterns and symbols in Native American Art.

• The designs from the turn of the last century in Art Nouveau prints and advertising, Art Deco architecture, and the Arts & Crafts movement in Interior Design are also very important. 

 

I see repeat patterns & design in everything around me.  I love being outdoors...in any kind of weather.  I love hiking, being outside taking photographs of the old houses, farms and the land around me.  The history of a place is inspiring to me.

Above all, I have a great need to create... create... create.
